A supernova feedback module.

Usage
-----
The ``SNE_FEEDBACK`` master switch enables the module.

Additional Parameters

* ``SNEMaxRadiusInParsecs``
  TODO

Additional Config.sh Options
----------------------------
SNE_FEEDBACK_AVOID_INJECTION
  Do not inject thermal energy or momentum in the event of a supernova (but possibly inject mass). Useful for testing purposes.
